Overview

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into clear, on-brand visual work across digital and print. You’ll design marketing and product assets, collaborate with marketers and stakeholders, and deliver high-quality creatives that are consistent, effective, and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce assets across channels: social, web, email, ads, landing pages, presentations, and print collateral.

  • Translate briefs into multiple creative concepts and iterate based on feedback.

  • Maintain brand consistency and help evolve brand guidelines as needed.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to align visuals with goals and messaging.

  • Prepare production-ready files (correct specs, formats, color profiles, bleed, export settings).

  • Create and manage design systems/templates (e.g., social kits, slide templates, ad variants).

  • Handle multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

  • Support basic motion/animation needs (if applicable) or coordinate handoff to motion/video.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (in-house, agency, or freelance with strong client work).

  • Strong portfolio showing versatility (layout, typography, branding, marketing design).

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Figma is a plus.

  • Solid fundamentals: typography, hierarchy, spacing, color, grid systems.

  • Ability to take feedback without derailing and to defend design decisions with rationale.

  • Strong attention to detail and file hygiene (naming, versions, components, exports).

  • Clear communicator who can manage expectations and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).

  • Basic understanding of web/UI constraints (responsive layouts, accessibility, export best practices).

  • Experience creating performance-oriented ad creative (testing variants, adapting to platforms).

  • Illustration skills (iconography, spot illustrations).

  • Print production experience (vendors, proofs, prepress).

Tools & Workflow (Typical)

  • Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma

  • Project management: Asana/Jira/Trello (varies)

  • Collaboration: Slack, Google Workspace, Notion

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

  • You can independently take a brief from kickoff to final delivery with minimal back-and-forth.

  • Output is consistently on-brand, clean, and production-ready.

  • Stakeholders trust your judgment and you’re improving turnaround time through templates/systems.

  • You’re contributing ideas, not just executing tasks.
